Gifski is a command line tool that you can use to easily create high quality gifs. In this video, I’ll show you how to make these gifs using Gifski.
While you do not need FFmpeg, I highly recommend downloading it, as it can help with pre-processing of images prior to running Gifski on em.

Since I couldn’t successfully compile Gifski with the video features, I wrote a batch file that creates image sequences with FFmpeg and then use Gifski to make the animated gif.
